Our commitment to excellence is foundational for who we are as people. From the exam room to the business office, we are committed to doing all that we do “as for the Lord” (Colossians 3:23). This means seeking daily to improve. While we understand that no one is perfect, continually striving for excellence is our driving focus.


Our hospitals aren’t just our “clients”, they’re our hospitals, the places where our family, friends and neighbors go for care during life’s hardest moments. It matters to us personally that our hospitals are flourishing. This means on-site medical directors and regular, frequent visits to the hospital by administrative staff and executive leadership. Likewise, we are committed to meeting the needs of our providers. We emphasize frequent face-to-face conversations, and are never farther away than a phone-call, text or email, day and night.
